Dear fantasy league managers,
As noted back in March, due to technical problems during 2019 we decided to take the 2020 season off in order to spend some time on fixing and hopefully bringing back the game at a later date (Read more about it here).
As it turned out, the Coronavirus pandemic also happened and Major League Baseball has been closed down for at least part of the season, so there has been no baseball with which to play a fantasy game anyway!
Besides the disappointment of no baseball, we hope everyone in the FBUK community is doing OK and staying safe during these times.
We just wanted to let you know that while we do maintenance on the website, some areas will be temporarily closed or unavailable for periods. In particular, we’re moving the game itself and user account functions over from the old server to the new one that we’ve been partially using since the website redesign in 2018.
This means the Manager Options menu is likely to be unavailable for some time while we try to get those functions migrated and updated. You might also find that going to the usual fantasybaseballuk.com website address gives you a server error message. If you go to fantasybaseball.uk instead, you’ll get to the website home page. Eventually, both addresses will point to the same place!
